For online orders

Exchange
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your exchange is approved, we will proceed to initiate the exchange for you.

Please note that exchanges are only accepted for items with factory defects. Customers are required to provide photo or video proof of the defect when requesting an exchange. We do not offer exchanges for damages caused by the courier, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. All sales are final.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


For in-store purchases

Inspection Requirement:

Customers are advised to carefully inspect and verify their products at the time of purchase or upon collection. This includes checking for any visible damages, defects, or discrepancies.

No Refund or Exchange After Checkout:

Once the product has been inspected and accepted by the customer upon checkout or collection, no refund, exchange, or return will be accepted.

All sales are final upon acceptance and inspection at checkout unless stated otherwise.
